You truly get back what you put in. If you show respect you're given respect back. They treat you like family and truly care about your personal goals. Everyone in the company wants to see you succeed, especially the President of the company. It's very much a team oriented environment. If you work well with others then you will have a positive outlook on this company. It's a very exciting place to work. Everyday seemed to be a new adventure. It was a lot of fun to be working with brand new technology and truly being a part of its development.

I'll start by saying that the cons aren't necessarily bad things. They are just things you should realize before applying here. Be prepared to work hard. If you're not willing to put in 110% you may not like it. Also, be prepared for positive criticism. It's extremely helpful having so much knowledge around you at all times, and because of that it's very important that you're flexible to different ideas. It's also very helpful to be able to think critically. You're faced with different challenges daily, and if you cant evolve and adapt you may feel left behind.

None really, I guess if your management and agree to roll over like a dog you get to workout during the day while others are under a microscope.

The above 5star review is fake. Anyone who works at either PBC (see PBC Linear rating) or for 3dp knows they are the same and run with reckless abandon. Both are run by the family and encourage a hostile environment. The managers are under constant scrutiny which creates a terrible work environment. If you speak up about it you are blacklisted and they will find a way to end your employment. They preach about culture weekly and its about as fake as you can get. If they do get someone that wants to make a change its a red flag to them, they like control and obedience. If you want to work for a place that will eventually get sued for knowingly putting hazardous products out for the sake of namespace then go for it . The morale is terrible department wide due to inefficient management and company wide fear of losing your job due to the various and always changing job descriptions due to the high turnover and lack of genuine professional direction. If your looking for a career this is not the place. If your looking to make a difference same answer. If you have experience in a quality environment, again not the place.
