I worked at 3H Partners full-time for about a year - Strategy and Innovation Advisor 3H Partners Employee Review

I have been working in 3H Partners for 1.5 years.I started as an intern and after 6 months I got a job offer for a full-time position as "Business Strategy Consultant". I believe that 3H is the ideal place for graduates to start and advance their career. Compared to other companies, in 3H everyone has the opportunity to get a great exposure to clients and take important responsibilities from day one. Interns and consultants work directly with the partners, the managers and the project leaders which provides a great opportunity to learn a lot from their experience and get better and better every day. Also, I really appreciate the rewarding culture in 3H. If you try hard, you improve and contribute to projects’ success you can have a quick career progression. What I also really like in 3H is the way we work with clients. We don’t just offer template solutions but we work together with the clients to identify their pain-points, their key challenges and experiment together in order to find solutions that can make a real impact.

- Because you have a lot of responsibilities very early on, it can be really challenging and requires important personal commitment.

- In 3H Partners you have the chance to work with very smart people and constantly learn from them. - You also work very closely with the partners who have years of experience, which makes it a very rich experience. - Entry level consultants/analysts can get exposed to a higher level of responsibilities than in other consulting firms, which is one of the biggest pros in my opinion. - Career growth is fast compared to other consulting firms - 3H is a small team of consultants, this makes the atmosphere in the workplace very friendly and enjoyable. - You also have the chance to make an impact in the office in general, with regular suggestions reviews.

- Training needs to be a little bit more structured - Feedback sessions tend to be top-down (which is great) but not bottom-up - Overall the work done needs a little bit more structure
