Pros

Compensation seems to be on the high end. Remote working is still supported and very flexible.

Cons

Lack of organizational structure is challenging. Internal disconnects prevents us with moving forward with customers.

Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

Cons

Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
