      Pros

      There is always open communication and we are a collaborative team who freely provides feedback and strives for continual improvement. The team believes in success, rules out failure and always believes in doing the next right thing. When we reach our goals individuals are recognized for their performance and we celebrate as a team. There is a huge sense of teamwork, loyalty and my coworkers consistently go the extra mile or collaborates to leverage individual strengths to achieve great results. We all understand the company's plan for future success and leadership is transparent in growth opportunities for the company overall and on an individual basis. New learning and training opportunities, team celebrations, open praise from senior leadership, great benefits and compensation - not to mention ping pong, breakfast on Fridays, company outings and work flexibility are all pluses!

      Cons

      I have no negative points to say about the organization, leaders and services. 3P is a strong organization with the best systems, processes and employees and they are dedicated to being the best in the industry. Our team continuously seeks to improve processes and procedures, to be innovative and to provide world class services to IT consultants and clients.

      Pros

      This company really does offer the foundation you need to succeed in this industry. Having worked for other Staffing firms I've seen first-hand high expectations paired with few tools or training to help you get there. 3P offers recruiter resources ranging from both big and niche job boards, LinkedIn +, Meetup regency space, and more importantly professional development. The office space is stellar (Class A), located on the perimeter (central Atlanta location) and is easy for candidates to find and meet in person. 3P is different! It's striving to pair relational recruiting with a competitive Atlanta market. Being a start-up, it has taken a little while to come into its own, however I've seen the company gaining serious traction! Above all 3P has a positive culture where I feel encouraged and motivated to come into work. It is a competitive market out there and 3P is a work hard/play hard Agency environment not for the feint of heart. On a side note, each of my team members have improved their ping-pong game immensely.
