Pros
You will meet a coworker or two that you will become friends with. I can't say I can think of any other experiences that can be considered a "pro"
Cons
The building is falling apart, full of leaks and mold. You will receive little to no training. You will frequently be told one thing to have that change the next day. You will be lied to by management and HR. They boasted a family atmosphere, but what I experienced, the family is more along the type that children run away from at age 6. They do not care about their employees, they care about numbers and money. Hourly pay is not worth what you end up having to put in. They say they are flexible with hours, but when you need flexibility it is a problem. What they really mean is YOU need to be flexible and give them everything they need without question. In the end there is no work/life balance. You will become a stressed out, miserable, anxiety-ridden mess who is almost constantly sick but will never be able to see a doctor because you are constantly working.
