      The leadership is not very transparent on the future of the company. So many changes in the past 3 years makes for a very unstable work environment

      Nice people work there but they don't remain long.

      Cons

      Incompetent leadership and lack of industry knowledge.The upper management is narcissistic and has no knowledge of educational pedagogy.

      Pros

      A positive work culture and an overall great leadership team. Every company has its hiccups but 3P learning does a good job at treating their staff well. The company provides an HSA and commission quota targets and commission targets on sales are typically within reach.

      Cons

      Overall I think it great.
