Pros
I like to see that the business direction is always carefully evaluated, which is good for me, it´s reassuring in the economic stagnation. There´s always someone asking if I want to join any decision making, feels like I can influence internal processes as well. A lot of out of work activities like pancake breakfasts, LAN parties, hiking trips, ice cream in the fridge. :D People are not only picked based on their technical skills but also to fit the team, which means I have a bunch of good friends in the office.
Cons
Due to various acquisitions, it´s a fast paced company. Continuous strive for improvement brings all too many changes.
