Pros
There is growth possible in the company, even though the way to get to a nearly close management role takes about 5 to 7 years of being in the company and making people like you.
Cons
The company doesn't really care about employees wellbeing. All is about numbers and getting to the goals every year, the announcements the CEO does are focused only in the numbers side of the company. They buy companies from outside the US just to "restructure" them by firing a lot of people and close contracts with their actual clients. That way they "achieve" their profit goals, by getting rid of personal. Also, if you are open to your manager about why you are demotivated you are just gonna put a target on your head and you will be in the next firing round when they decide it's time to get rid of people to achieve goals
