Pros

Great technology and products and market leading

Cons

Beginning with salaries that fall significantly short of industry norms, there is a distinct lack of resources or budgets to accomplish any tasks, even though expectations for targets have doubled. Hardworking employees receive no acknowledgement for their efforts, and opportunities for career advancement are limited due to blatant favoritism and nepotism. Upper management is controlled by an overbearing CEO, and those who voice their concerns or question his decisions are swiftly dismissed. This fosters an environment of fear and uncertainty, leading to numerous talented individuals either leaving or being forced out. Despite the clear dissatisfaction expressed in employee surveys, management disregards these concerns, attributing the discontent to unrelated issues.

Pros

Great Comp. Package Remote Liked immediate team members Tool access Innovative

Cons

High role responsibilities and expectation without providing the resources to achieve the KPI's. Very toxic work culture. People get fired for no reason on a daily basis that have been veterans even. It was sad to see so many people leave and just watch people wake up to an unexplained meeting with HR that they will suddenly not have a job to feed their family. Leadership has an extremely high turnover due to this and leaves the team often swimming above water. Leadership promoted to replace previous directors are never qualified and the atmosphere is quite toxic and high-school cliques. I actually enjoyed my work itself, but chose to depart. They try 'too hard' to push the diversity and inclusion aspect of the work environment rather than having and keeping qualified people.
