Great leadership team. Awesome community and fun, fast-paced environment. Always new and exciting projects/teams for those willing to jump in. Flexible hours and the opportunity to work in an industry you are passionate about.

Lack of enthusiasm and work ethic from some in middle-management. Can be discouraging because you can really tell who cares about their job and who is just collecting a paycheck.
