Really a good company but with a terrible management attitude

As said, the management should be completely changed. CEO, Tim, is great, his first layer of managers are terrible

I can't recommend 3devo enough for anyone seeking a fulfilling and inclusive work environment.

Occasional high workload during peak project periods, but if you are up for a challenge this doesn't matter much.
