Pros
The pay is amazing, it's a tipped position, and at a popular food truck, you'll easily be making a good 18 bucks an hour if you've got a decent person on register. It's also very chill most of the time, they'd play music in the truck, and when it rained (like every other disney establishment located outside), we'd have to close shop for a bit, so you get some really decent breaks being located in Florida. Also, probably the best thing was my coworkers, they where all really cool, (well most of them), and they all taught me a lot when it came to making food and handling orders.
Cons
The manager and the supervisors, ugh, they where possibly the worst I've ever had at a job. One would constantly being showing inappropriate videos to us. One was a jerk who was always kissing up to upper management (not that theres anything wrong with hustle, but it was always at the expense of putting us employees down), and our manager, who was brand new, and trying to make a mark on the place. But her mark sucked because she couldn't get anything done. We were always constantly asking her about things that we'd need, and she could never get it to us. (The supervisors threw out our umbrella (which was necessary in the Florida sun!) and she couldnt get upper management to get us a new one. They were so stingy that they didnt even buy us a new broom when our old one broke!
