Lots of training and development - Sales Associate 42 Degrees Employee Review

New hire training and ongoing training, development of all staff, promotions from within, owner sends staff to Dale Carnegie course, I have a voice thats heard, this company invests in me.

Immature younger employees. Some of the younger staff lacks experience in the work force so you get a bit of immaturity.

Laid-back environment. Nice co-workers. Cool merchandise.

The "owner" is awful and has severe anger issues. Directly blames whoever is working if "sales quotas" aren't met; even if no one comes into the store. Zero formal training in my experience and then you get blamed for not knowing everything about their vapes (you're expected to Google every single product and learn on your own, I guess). Scott Haber is just an awful human being. He seems nice enough at first, but he has anger issues and has no business managing anything.
