We conduct monthly 1 on 1 OKR (Objectives and Key Results) between the direct manager and the team member, and emphasis weekly 1on1 meetings so that everyone can be aligned and challenges worked on together.       Poor communication throughout the company Non-existent goal settings and relationship between manager and employee Very shocking budgeting methods (Fresh hire was told to leave on the first day after realizing they do not have the budget) Poor communication of intent of job role and specialization from description to interview to actual job
