      salary is on time without any delays. Work from home option available

      Cons

      worst management, specially HR and the owner of this organization have to learn leadership skill. Pressurizing to work late and also on weekends, no work life balance Worst leave policies, employee have to beg for taking even a single leave. Deduct salary if employee has taken leave without approval even after number of reminders to HR. They feel employees are slaves. Micro management
