I was unable to identify any positive aspects of this company.

The role is fully on-site, yet the office environment is isolating and unwelcoming. Colleagues rarely engage with one another, creating a bleak and demotivating atmosphere. • Benefits are continuously being reduced. Several perks have been removed recently (e.g. the Friday lunch), signaling a clear downgrade in employee consideration. • Management is extremely toxic. Many individuals in leadership positions are poorly qualified, yet behave as if they are infallible, offering unsolicited feedback and asserting authority over every detail. • The CEO’s decisions significantly hinder daily operations. Tasks are unnecessarily delayed due to an obsession with “perfection,” which is particularly counterproductive given that the applications being developed are outdated. • Regardless of your level of expertise, you are treated as a beginner. You are constantly required to justify and re-prove your competence to anyone and everyone.

The team is very supportive, and people are always willing to share their knowledge if you’re curious and ask questions. It’s a good environment for anyone looking to develop their professional background.

Because the focus is so much on learning and execution, sometimes the internal documentation or formal training programs can feel a bit disorganized. You have to be proactive to get what you need.
