Pros
-Good people at the lower levels, still keep in touch with some of them.
Cons
-Owners say that they are proud of the fact that they never pay vendors in a timely manner, definitely get a large deposit up front if you do work with this company as you won't get paid for at least 6 months after the job is done. -You will spend a large part of your week chasing payment for angry vendors. -You will not learn anything at this company. -When it comes time to actually executing anything, the owners and executives will not listen to you, and will only react when a developer is angry (which is all the time). -You will never be informed of any decisions by leadership, even when it affects what you are doing on the day. -This company should be a last resort for anyone. If you are a recent graduate, you will learn how to do things the wrong way, if you have experience you will lose all of your skills because nothing you plan will ever be approved, or if it is it will be cancelled at the last minute.
