NEST (native speaking support team), now changed to PH native support team, for whatever reason simply doesn't care enough about the teachers contracted to work for this company. refusing to answer questions when asked. also they really go out of their way to make us feel unwanted in the company, I also have had money taken for system glitches. SCREENSHOT and record every call with so called support team, this will be helpful when NYSE evaluate the business practices of this company. In addition to that, look at their facebook page they claim to be a PH company, not a Chinese company.
