Pros
I really liked working here with the previous management. They really cared about teachers' welfare and development. We used to have weekly activities, teachers' monthly awards and rewards, continuous pieces of training, birthdays celebration, and all that. We used to work in the office before the pandemic but shifted to home-based during the pandemic. Then the new management decided to keep it as a home-based job. Good thing they provided the equipment to old teachers, except to newly hired teachers, I guess.
Cons
Unfortunately, the previous owner had to sell the company, thus new management and new company policies have imposed and everything changed after. They focused on gaining more students, fewer benefits, and almost no rewards for the teachers' efforts and hard work. Just train, work, and pay. No extra rewards or notice of your effort. I don't know now, hopefully, they have some changes.
