Pros
5X has been a very positive experience for me. The remote setup is smooth, the hours are comfortable, and the team is honestly very friendly. I joined as a fresher, and everyone took the time to train me properly and guide me whenever I got stuck. My manager is supportive, and the founder is very visionary, which gives a clear sense of direction. Overall, the culture is relaxed, collaborative, and fun. You get to learn a lot across different areas.
Cons
The work environment here is actually very chill and supportive, which is amazing — but it also sets a really high bar for any future company someone might join. Once you get used to this culture, it’s hard to imagine working anywhere less supportive.
