The hierarchical structure is rigid and old-fashioned, stifling creativity and open communication. Overall, the company lacks a forward-thinking approach to both technology and employee development.

The company focuses a lot on inclusion and collaboration, both culturally and professionally. I've also never seen a company that has had such a high regard for employee's mental health and overall well being.
