Highly toxic work culture where fear and intimidation are normal. Favoritism exists — a few people are protected while others are blamed, regardless of actual contribution. Product management is extremely inconsistent: requirements change frequently, stories lack clarity, and engineering ends up paying the cost. Engineers are expected to deliver fast without stable scope, clear UX references, or proper planning. Constant blame culture, micromanagement, and lack of professional communication. Work-life balance is poor. Long hours are normalized.

Thre are no pros.. 5day is a sinking ship

I had to leave as my manager only played dirty politics. Most incompetent people are at the senior position (Good people left due to toxic culture)
