Adam is definitely one of the best bosses I've ever had. He is great at encouraging growth and he works to actively challenge you as a person and at your job. Communication is very open, there wasn't a single time I didn't feel like I couldn't address something with him. When you join the 5ivecanons team you're joining a group of awesome people who do everything with excellence and professionalism. You will make some incredible friends if you have the pleasure of working here. I left with nothing but fondness for this company. Definitely sets the bar for what a well balanced workplace truly looks like. It's going to be hard to beat half days on Fridays, and after-work yoga sessions.

There are rare occasions where more than 40-45 hours a week is asked of you, but honestly that's any job. So not really a con, but that's the only thing I could think to put here.

Adam and the 5ivecanons team are a talented group of Jacksonville-based creatives who are doing some incredible and innovative work in the digital marketing/tech field. Without a doubt, Adam is one of the hardest working people I've ever met, and I was impressed with both his level of engagement in each project and with the culture he and his staff foster at the office. Each team member is committed to doing great work and Adam makes sure that they have the support needed to keep growing and improving their skill sets. Although the team is growing, they have a close-knit, family vibe which makes them unique for a digital agency. I was happy to have the opportunity to work with Adam and his team.
