You are correct, and we are fortunate to have your feedback. We do pay for award entries- each organization charges a fee per entry for each category- it's not free. We’ve paid, entered and won many categories. We pay for these entries because we're proud of our team and their accomplishments. Not only are they talented professionals, they work hard and we believe they deserve more than their compensation- they deserve recognition from their peers. Our team and the reputation they've built attracts a wide variety of accounts, major corporations and smaller but important non-profits. These companies chose i.d.e.a not only for awards (the candy and cocktails of our industry) but for the proven ROI we bring to them (the meat, potatoes, tacos, burritos, pizza and Spaghetti Carbonara). We apologize for what appears to have been a bad experience here, and we're especially sorry for what we hope was a temporary weight gain. We promise it's a shared struggle.
