The digital sector sometimes feels bloated and slow, working at 6B is the opposite, it is fast paced, exciting, and forward thinking.

The company provides plenty of opportunities for skill enhancement, including workshops, training sessions, subscriptions to e-learning, attending events (they do a lot of work in the healthcare sector, so I attended a couple of health related events), and access to cutting-edge technologies. The projects at 6B are exciting and challenging. The company consistently works a lot in the healthcare sector, they are striving to make a tangible positive impact, and it was really rewarding to work on projects where you feel you can have a positive impact on people, patients, and healthcare professionals. 6B encourage their engineers to think outside the box and explore innovative solutions, and the collaborative nature of the teams ensures that every project is a collective effort. The work is challenging (in a good way!), making for an overall rewarding experience. The communication at 6B is really transparent. Senior leadership will share everything, good and bad, and they were always there to answer any questions I had at any time. From regular team stand ups to open-door policies, there's always a channel for expressing ideas, concerns, and feedback. For me this transparency really created a culture of trust and mutual respect, kind of like a family, making 6B feel like more than just a workplace.
