Pros
Nothing. Its worst company to work
Cons
**My Experience at 7EDGE**
Unfortunately, my experience at 7EDGE was disappointing.
The biggest issue I observed was the lack of a proper organizational hierarchy. In several cases, relatively junior employees were placed in managerial roles while experienced senior professionals were reporting to them. This often resulted in poor decision-making and ineffective leadership.
Many managers appeared to lack the technical knowledge and people-management skills required for their roles. During one backend project, my manager openly questioned why we were even working on the project and wondered why the client had not stopped it, despite the client actively funding the engagement. This reflected a concerning lack of ownership and commitment.
On another occasion, during a technical discussion, I asked the same manager several technical questions, but she was unable to answer them and seemed completely unsure. This gave the impression that some managers were promoted without sufficient technical expertise or leadership experience.
I also noticed similar patterns in other departments such as QA and Project Management, where managers with only around four years of experience were leading teams of more experienced professionals. Meanwhile, some managers delegated excessive workloads while contributing very little themselves.
The work-life balance was poor, with consistently heavy workloads and unrealistic expectations. This was one of the primary reasons I decided to leave the company.
Overall, I felt that the company needs stronger leadership, better-defined organizational structures, more experienced managers, and a healthier work culture that values both employees and project success.
