Pros
Great culture, friendly people, interesting work
Cons
No downsides really, this is a great place to work
Pros
Honestly, the people at 80DAYS are one of the best things about working here. Everyone’s super friendly, supportive, and just really easy to get along with. There’s a real sense of team spirit and you never feel like you’re on your own. They genuinely care about helping you grow, with loads of chances to develop your skills and try new things. You can tell they really want to see people succeed. The weekly catch-ups and regular company updates keep everyone in the loop and help you feel part of something.
Cons
Things can get quite busy at times, especially when juggling client work, so it might not be the best fit for someone looking for a very relaxed pace. You do need to care about what you do and be ready to give it your best. If you ever find things challenging, being open and honest really helps as there is always someone ready to support you. You are never left to figure things out on your own.
Pros
If you're looking to gain basic experience, this could be the place for you.
Cons
The management is outdated, resistant to change, and the culture is toxic and gossip-heavy. There's little support, and concerns are often dismissed or downplayed. P.S. After every honest, negative review — which often mirrors my own experience — a glowing 5-star review from a “current employee” seems to appear shortly after. It’s suspicious, to say the least. In my time there, no one ever mentioned leaving positive reviews while still employed. Please stop trying to cover up the real issues — it’s not fooling anyone.
