      Flexible work hours, very nice coworkers, decent payment, 100% remote, easy to work at. One of the best jobs I've had.

      Pros

      8020REI is a great place to work because you get to have true ownership over your tasks with no micro-management. Middle and upper management is very strong. It's nice to be in a company where owners are fully bought in and work hard to make it a great place to work.

      Cons

      Being a smallish company, some days can be long, but the work is extremely rewarding.
