Pros

Great vendors to work with. Also participated with Extreme Makeover (which was awesome).

Cons

Felt like I was working in a boy's high school locker room. Zero professionalism, mandatory 48 hour work week (which is a joke!), was told to take heat on mismanaged projects so that the salesman would "shine". Have the decency to advise employees when a store will shut down. Many times employees find out they are out of a job when they report to work to find a pad lock and chain around the gate. In my opinion, this is not only tacky, but completely unprofessional.

Excellent management, people take an active interest in your long term development in house.

Cons

Inflexible corporate expectations, reform and proposals don't appear to travel far past people you can see.

Pros

Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

Cons

You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
