      Pros

      not a single pro I can think of

      Cons

      Pay, outdated equipment, "dress code", lack of training, being told you haven't shaved for the job when you shaved before you left for work in the morning, expected to spend plenty of $$$ on 84's color scheme (navy blue polos and sweatshirts/khakis(must be DICKIES, god forbid) before you're even sure the job is worth it)

      Pros

      Excellent management, people take an active interest in your long term development in house.

      Cons

      Inflexible corporate expectations, reform and proposals don't appear to travel far past people you can see.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
