      It is true that most 84 Lumber fulltime associates work 48+ hours per week. 84 Lumber makes sure our associates get enough hours and we pay overtime if you work more than 40 hours in a week. 84 Lumber offers vacation days, personal days and sick days to help with the work life balance. We staff our stores and offer a referral bonus to associates that recommend family or friends to our organization.

      Excellent management, people take an active interest in your long term development in house.

      Cons

      Inflexible corporate expectations, reform and proposals don't appear to travel far past people you can see.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
