      Pros

      Pay is fantastic compared with others in the industry Management oversight and hours are very flexible.

      Cons

      They seem to be very confused as to the direction they are going in a crumbling market. Management by crisis and attrition. Their pay structure does not encourage aquiring new customers in a competitive market. Profitablity of each sale comes before customer service.

      Excellent management, people take an active interest in your long term development in house.

      Cons

      Inflexible corporate expectations, reform and proposals don't appear to travel far past people you can see.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
