Pros
Your peers are a great group of people which help make working there somewhat tolerable.
Cons
You read from Chuck the CEO on here that it's a start up and they are hard. The words start up are a joke. When you buy a company that has been very successful in Kansas City for years and run it into the ground. Then change the name that does not make it a startup. CEO and upper management are blind to the issues and helping solve them. In three years, 25+ people have left from the office and 10+ foreman have left from the field and shop. This results in unexperienced people across the board. No experience in the office, shop, and field. This results in everything being blamed on one another instead of working as a team. The CEO is a great used car salesman as he will promise you the world. Year-end bonus, best in class benefits, teamwork, quality place of work, a great vision, and great leadership. Save years of stress and look at other job opportunities before working here. Finally for people that still work there. When Chuck tells you that you will not find better, he is wrong! Reach out to people that have left and ask how they are doing as you will find they are happy with the change.
