Pros
You have room to make lateral moves, as 90 works has several different programs that focus on different populations. The compensation is not bad, however benefits are CRAZY expensive for families.
Cons
*This review is not from someone that was fired and just mad. I left on my own terms due to how poorly the staff was treated. *Management is Horrendous. Beyond micro-managing, management will create problems between workers, management does not trust their employees and the head manager of the Milton office is NOT trustworthy, unethical and manages with MAJOR double-standards. There is no organization and your job expectations change from day to day. The Milton management likes to promote that families come first, however, that does not apply to employees families (just the managements families) They state that they have a open-door policy, however they do not. Even when you email the upper management at cooperate, they will not take time to meet with you regarding your concerns for Milton management. The Milton management has been overheard making fun of families in need. All in all this was the worst job I have ever had, because of the management. Unfortunately the upper management at cooperate seems to be okay ignoring it.
