Pros

As a case worker, Frontline worker were able to provide actual proven results to the communities they served. With immediate supervision, we're listened to, with Stacy Ray, were treated as valued employees. Plenty of training under direction of Stacy Ray. The housing first model works. SSVF program is a great program. Rocky Harrison is a great leader when for the brief amount of time I worked for him.

Cons

Cate Jordan had employees donate time off the clock. Would have program management call while this employee was on vacation, emergency sick leave to perform tasks, assign job positions without job description or training. HR would not approve ADA accommodation I requested for 8 months. When this employee voiced concerns about issues, was told everything was fine and blown off. There is a circle of fear in that office after all of the people of Management with integrity were fired. Worked way more than the 36 hrs a week that I was paid for.

Pros

The camaraderie within the programs and the company are unsurpassed. Every person has selfless compassion for the job they are doing. It's intensive case management, and require employees to be adults and trust worthy in order to be mentors for customers they serve. It's a fluid company ever changing, so if changes are a problem, not the place for you.

Cons

That there is not a 90Works program in every state.

Traveling, will need reliable transportation
