If you want a company where upper management lies to your face you’ve found the right place. No accountability, a toxic work environment brought by the management, and a lack of communication all leading to a work environment where the employees would rather spend more time on Glassdoor and Indeed planning their next job. This start up advertised as a fast paced, young, and chill environment is anything but. You will be manipulated and dragged along with a carrot on a stick that you’ll never be able to get only to have the rug pulled out from under you. In short, this company only cares for their profit while advertising they save lives. Management is egotistical and self centered with no ability or want to change and create a better environment for the employees. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
