Pros

Exciting presentation, marketing and direct sales information and training, opportunities for growth within the company

Cons

As it turns out, the “events based marketing firm with a focus in pop-up shop campaigns” is actually selling AT&T phone lines at Walmart, Costco, or Sam’s Club. The learning that you do, at least at the beginning is entirely how to sell AT&T phone lines (including the exact phone line numbers and prices), though you can potentially use the strategies for other sales. I did not choose to go forward with the company because of this, so perhaps the people that stick with 99 Exposure really love their positions. However, I feel that I was lied to and they tried to con me into working for a business structure that subtly resembles a pyramid scheme. The only difference I can clearly see is there is a “guaranteed” base pay - but this was something they didn’t explain well despite my questions. 440/week based on 40+ hours or no matter what? Also, 860/week as campaign manager is guaranteed or expected based on normal commission rates? This is a career for someone with no experience or degree, but I don’t believe this is a job for a professional who wants a high return on their personal investment in their education and time.

Hello! We always strive to create a great work experience. We are gutted when we miss the mark! please let us apologize for the unacceptable way in which you’ve been treated. We do make sure that we are transparent in our work policy before selecting employees and hence don't make any fake promises which may disappoint the candidates. We believe in loyalty with the employees and our customers and we have succeeded in winning many hearts that prove the graph of a positive review. As you can hopefully see from our other reviews, your situation is the exception and far from our usual high standards. This makes us all the keener to make sure this gets resolved and doesn’t happen again. Drop our Human Resources team a message at hr@99-exposure.com to let them know all the details and we promise you we’ll tailor a satisfactory resolution for you.
