      Pros

      Decent workplace culture Some managers are really kind and helpful

      Cons

      They say they focus on “promoting within” is true, if you sell enough phone lines. They say “you’re guaranteed $450 a week” but I only received 160 a week because I hadn’t sold any phone lines.

      Hey! It is very unfortunate that you had an unpleasant experience while working with us. We pride ourselves on providing a very inclusive office environment where our managers all have an open-door policy and are open to receiving constructive feedback from our team members. Regarding operations, we do believe in operating with integrity and that is why all our employees start at entry-level and work their way up. There seems to have been a miscommunication regarding your pay as all our positions have a base salary or hourly pay in addition to bonuses and incentives. This information is all disclosed in a three-step interview process where you sit down with different members of our management team and are encouraged to ask questions.       The company has a great atmosphere, as well as very high energy. Everyone is very welcoming and the opportunities offered are amazing!

      Cons

      It is a lot of time, but it is flexible as long as you put in the effort. If you want to grow faster you do need to invest a lot of time, but it is well worth it

      Pros

      The work environment is amazing! You really get what work you put in since it is performance based and you have to work hard for what you want here.

      Cons

      The long hour days are rough but again it is what you put in to be better if you want to only work till 6 that’s fine but if you want longer then you can.
