Flexable schedule, good benefit, really have a human resource department that cares about the emplyoee. Over all a good place to work for people retirees who just wants a desk job
Cons
The pay is very low, lacks communication, emplyoees from seperate deaprtments does not have team work, msot managers can does not have the requre skill to be a manager
