Too many cons than pros -yes, they pay a considered good amount of money with the incentive and OT - have two offday in a week

- if your outlet don't have enough staff, get your mental ready for the bs - a LOT of outlets don't have enough manager/asst. manager manpower, so they'll assigned you to 'acting' to the other outlets (with fix jadual acting), & here we go.. if you want to AL, you have to SACRIFICE the other manager's offday to take care of the outlet. And you have to work on your supposedly 'offday' š„° in other words, you're forced to take AL/UL if you plan to change your 'offday'. - for jadual acting; Full day, Noon, Morning, Special shift. The bs thing is the 'special', you have to work from 9.15am-2.45pm, rest for 4H30M and continue working from 5.45pm-10.15pm. for what reason you think?š -oh ya, remember this.. the salary work hour supposedly start at 9.45am(full day/morning shift), but you have to arrived at your outlet BEFORE 9.15 am, otherwise you'll get the love letter š -most of the time, you need to work for free and you'll understand what i meant if you join this company..
