The best part is the people - it seems like everyone gets along with each other and the departments are really well paired, and everyone has a good working relationship.

Sometimes thing can get added on last minute with people scrambling to ensure everything is done, communication between some departments needs to be worked on.

Wages were fair for the area.

Old company with old tools. No updated software combined with old processes. New generation has made no investment or necessary changes. No real vision and poor general management.
