Good Pay - Poor Environment and Benefits - Anonymous employee A G Consulting Engineering Employee Review

The pay is good but Required to wait 3 months for any benefits to begin the benefits and the company is stuck in the 90's , Healthcare is the worst i have seen in a long time, the Time off and the work life balance is not there with flexibility to work from home so either you take one of your 10 Vacation Days, 2 personal days if need off. As for Sick well I have to say 5 days but need doctors notes sometimes. No 401k Match and a very high turn over rate.
