Sometimes acted a bit to "corporate" and stifled creativity that might have helped business

* A step up from working at a sandwich-counter only shop like Subway, Quizno's, Jimmy John's. * No late nights or graveyard shifts.

* A series of bad business decisions has driven away most of the old A.G. Ferrari customer base from the company's "glory days" - the company has been whittled down from 13 stores to 6. * This current ownership, the third such in the last four years, does not listen to what remains of the old customer base in terms of what sort of product they would like to see in the store. Instead, they have decided to take the approach of trying to "beat a dead horse" by pulling ideas out of their hat, completely out of left field. * The current ownership decided to get rid of the very nice Willie Bird Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner, which had been a company staple for years, much to the dismay of many loyal customers (you cannot get a Willie Bird turkey at Whole Foods, Safeway, or Lucky!). * Current employee turnover is at an all-time high, FYI.
