      Pros

      The teamwork undeniable. Some of the best guys in the industry to work with. The training is exceptional and there is plenty of opportunity to learn more and excel in this industry.

      Cons

      The pay isn't as great as with other companies but there is an excellent benefit package. Some of the internal decisions that are being made I can't agree with.
