The firm management makes poor strategic decisions. Very top down management style. Employee input is not welcomed. HR should distance a bit from the firm management.
The "firm" management came from big 4 consulting firms (PWC, Deloitte, EY) and they are trying to implement the structure and bureaucracy which resembles these global players.
Bottom line - AHA is the good place to start your career, but not the place where you will thrive once you gain some consulting experience.
