      If you need to be somewhere by a certain time you let them know that to start the day and the dispatcher will accommodate that.

      Cons

      Working overtime is guaranteed and pay is not the greatest unless you work weekends and do a route. No health benefits or retirement benefits.

      flexible hours and full time only works 30hrs, with benefits, bonuses at times, not a lot but appreciate the effort.

      Cons

      physical job, high paced at times, hospital environment, you are working in urgent care among other parts of the hospital
