When good employees have their own groove and work well together things are perfect.
When and IF management actually shows up (in person or by phone) they ask for opinions and suggestions then the next thing you know you are ousted for being negative.
Management is very absent from offices other than Reno which can cause major issues and lack of communication.
The company is losing good employees over the years, retaining the "problem children".
Best of luck to the few good soldiers left, it's you ladies left keeping the good face and name of the agent going.
Pay scale isn't equal between locations.
