Outgoing Employees but Preferential Treatment - Anonymous employee A-dec Employee Review

There is an aura of forced niceness and deceptive interactions. The expectation of complete political correctness leads to insincere interactions and doesn't allow for transparent discussions. There is an extensive web of family and close friends that work there (especially in managerial positions) which leads to evident favoritism and nepotism. In some cases the company advances employees who have worked there longer and those they are closer with as opposed to candidates that are better equipped for the position.
