Pros
Excellent benefits: PTO, health insurance, 401k, etc..etc.. it's a good package. They care about their people and making sure they retire, take time off and stay healthy. Good people with positive values in general. I've worked at quite a few places and this has been the best so far.
Cons
The commute, slow progress and some old fashioned values. A little paternalistic and while their values are good it can be a bit stuffy. They need to be a little more casual and inclusive of different people. I would say socially they are about 20 years behind. Continuous improvement needs to be improved.. but there's no major flaws that I've seen that can't be worked on.
