The CEO is amazing and genuinely cares for all the families and employees under her care. The way the company is set up is phenomenal and some of the most thorough training I've received at a job. Not to mention, the job itself is extremely rewarding.

Working with kids can be exhausting and will try your patience. Sometimes the breaks are awkwardly too long, about 1.5-2 hours.

Nice coworkers and weekends off

Where do I start? Management doesn’t care about the employees one bit. Things are swept under the rug, including communicable illnesses. The pay is insulting. No benefits, no discount for childcare if you have a child. You work long hours, 8+ hours without a single break. Wait 30+ minutes for a bathroom break. Don’t even try to call out sick - you can’t. You’re expected to keep kids safe (of course) but not given the proper tools to do so. I think they just hire anyone who applies since their turnover rate is so high, they can’t keep teachers in rooms.
